We’re Chris and Shannon, current vacation-rental Hosts and the founders of iStayVR. We started this company after experiencing the same rising costs, limited control, and lack of transparency that Hosts and travelers continue to face on other online platforms.

Information we collect
When you join the list, we collect the information you provide, including your first name, email address, state, whether you are a Host or traveler, and—for Hosts—the number of properties owned or managed. We also measure page visits, Host or traveler selections, form starts, completed forms, and campaign or referral source. Our early-access analytics do not use tracking cookies or store IP addresses in the analytics records.
How we use it
- Manage the early-access list and send requested launch updates.
- Understand interest from Hosts and travelers and measure signup conversion.
- Plan the platform, Founding Host program, and launch activities.
- Protect the page from misuse and maintain our records.
Sharing and sale
iStay Vacation Rentals, Inc. does not sell or rent early-access information. Information may be processed by service providers that help us operate this page, maintain our records, or deliver communications.
Retention and your choices
We retain early-access information while it is reasonably needed for these purposes. You may unsubscribe from marketing updates at any time. To request access, correction, or deletion, email feedback@istayvr.com.
Security and updates
We use reasonable safeguards designed to protect submitted information, although no online system can guarantee absolute security. We may update this notice as the early-access program develops. A comprehensive platform privacy policy will be provided before iStayVR begins accepting bookings.
